Thursday - Thrifty and Blustery

Hello Readers,

Today when I got up I saw the news and it said we were going to have more heat wave. Then I walked outside and the first thing out of my mouth was, "It's freezing out here!". It was only 57 F! What in the world is going on? Hubby thought that was funny and promptly texted our daughter in Georgia to tell her I was cold - I am always cold! Anyway - enough about the weather.

 My thrift items:
Hot Red Loafer Chinese Laundry Pumps - $5 or $6 (I can't remember which)
Hanes V-Neck White T-Shirt - $.99

Red DIY Beaded Necklace - $5 (max!)

Yes - my eyes are closed.... It was super windy
and it hurt my eyeballs! Poor photog. :( He had
a hard time getting me to cooperate. Patient man.

I am blessed to have a couple of really great Goodwill stores near my home. We live and work in a rather affluent area, hence the #1 RV SF Bay Area resort in which we live is a really nice to place to live - if you want to live on vacation... hmmmm - yes, please.

The ladies in the towns in which I am usually found are constantly updating their seasonal wardrobes and I receive the benefit. 

My #1 advice for thrift-ers that want designer clothing is to drive to areas where the affluent live and visit their thrift and consignment stores. You WILL find treasures.
